Garuda Logic has been developed as a proposal for dialogue and the result must always be followed up with an interview, or an offer of such by the person or company that has asked you to take the test.
You will get a review of the test results during the interview. You will also have the opportunity to comment on the results.
The aim is that you, together with the interviewer, draw a precise picture of how you act at work.
Garuda has developed a wide palette of personal profiles and tests that vary in extent. Garuda Logic consists of a series of tasks that you need to relate to, as well as give your answers within a specific time period.
Once you have logged in with your code, there will be thorough instructions on how the test should be completed and you begin with practice questions to prepare you for the start of the test.
Garuda Logic is a fixed-time test. Therefore, there is a fixed time for you to complete the test within. We recommend that you are undisturbed and answer all tasks without breaks. Note that it is allowed to use a pencil, paper and a calculator.
You can close down the system and return again later with your code if you are interrupted along the way. However, we recommend that you give yourself time to complete the test in one consecutive process, as the time allocated does not stop because you pause the test.
The result of a test must always be treated as confidential and must only be interpreted by people who are trained for it.
The result of your test is in principle your property - you have the right at any time to request that the result is deleted. If you want your test to be deleted, you must contact the person or company who issued your code to take the test.
During the development of Garuda Logic and its Internet platform, we have been very aware of the fact that security must be a top priority. We have done everything that is technically possible to protect the data - both when it is processed by the data processor and data manager.
All communication between the respondent and Garuda, as well as between Garuda and the certified users, takes place via an encrypted SSL connection.
You can complete Garuda Logic from any computer without having to worry that your answers will be stored on the computer. If your computer allows cookies, it will be registered that the website https://egaruda.com/logik.aspx has been visited. The results of your answers will not be saved on your computer.
